Ingredients
- Tobikko 1tsp~
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
- Miso paste 1tsp
- Boiled Lotus roots 80g
- Green onion
- Other vegetable of your choice
Cooking instruction:
1. Mix Mayonnaise & Miso in the bowl. Once it is mixed well, add tobikko. Mix well.
2. Add cooked lotus roots and cover the surface with Tobikko mixture. Serve with Green onion.
