- Shrimp: Sushi grade
- White fish: Sushi grade
- Other sushi grade fish
- Cooked Rice
- Ikura

Cooking instruction:
1. Cook sushi rice following the package instruction.
2. Place all the raw ingredients on the top of the rice in the serving bowl.
