- Sea Urchin paste: As much as you wish to add
- Shrimp: Sushi grade
- White fish: Sushi grade
- Other sushi grade fish
- Cooked Rice
- Ikura
- Wasabi
Cooking instruction:
1. Cook sushi rice following the package instruction.
2. Place all the raw ingredients on the top of the rice in the serving bowl.
3. Do not forget our Sea Urchin paste! ;)
