This issue typically occurs if items in your cart are not available from a warehouse within your delivery area. When you attempt to check out, the system recognizes that these items cannot be shipped to your address and informs you of this with an error message.
To prevent this from happening, please use the 'Select Store' option located in the header of our website. Choose your local area as your 'Preferred Area.' This setting will ensure that only the items available in your area are displayed under the products on our website. Setting your preferred area helps avoid the situation where you add items to your cart that are unavailable for delivery to your address, ensuring a smoother checkout process in the future.

- The item you are trying to purchase is out of stock in either Ontario or Metro Vancouver, making it unavailable for delivery in your region.
- Your Shop Pay account is set to automatically log in at checkout, which may cause an incorrect delivery area to be applied.

For Issue #2 (Shop Pay Automatic Login)
To disable automatic login, scroll down to the bottom of the checkout page and click "Check out as Guest."
Once you are checked out as a guest, confirm that your address is eligible for delivery.
Then, log back into your Shop Pay account, and the delivery area error message should disappear.
If the issue persists even after following these steps, please contact our support team. We will be happy to assist you until the problem is resolved.

Step 1: Enter Your Postal Code
Type your postal code into the designated field.
Click the enter button or search icon (magnifying glass) next to the postal code field to check if delivery is available.
Step 2: Select Your Delivery Date
Choose a date from the calendar that works for you.
Step 3: Click Your Delivery Time
Click a time 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Step 4: Click "Check Out"
Once the date and time are selected, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

We will notify you once the order is confirmed and the order is shipped out from warehouse.
We are closed on holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a specific delivery time/date.
When we confirm your order, we will let you know delivery date.
Yes, all items sold and delivered through our online website come in frozen. For this purpose, we will put dry-ice inside the box. However, the volume of dry-ice is just enough to keep the items in frozen condition for 24 hours after they are shipped out from our warehouse. It is recommended that customers should receive the items as delivery schedule and put them in freezers immediately.
If your order is not delivered on the scheduled delivery day, please contact us at info@azumatei.com with your name and order number. We will look into the matter and get back to you.
All perishable items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.
In the event that your order arrived with damages in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@azumatei.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
