Order cut off is every Sunday by 11:59 PM (EST) [End of the day].
The orders received prior to the cut off time will be delivered on the same week. Delivery schedule may vary depending on your location. Thursday anytime between 9:00am to 8:00pm.

Order cut off is every Sunday by 8:59 PM (PST).
The orders received prior to the cut off time will be delivered on the same week Friday anytime between 2:00pm to 8:00 pm.
You will receive a notification once the order is made. Also, you will receive a tracking number from delivery company by email(SMS) on or before delivery day as soon as our delivery company has scheduled a delivery.
*Since there are so many factors that can influence our inventory, there may be times when a product is unavailable. If that is the case, we will contact you for further action.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We have a flat shipping rate of $20/ shipment.
*the rate let us widens the delivery coverage + securely sending our frozen products with dry ice.
We plan to further expand the delivery service area in the future
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If your order is not delivered on the day you received shipping notification, please contact us at info@azumatei.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3620A Laird Road, Unit 1-3, Mississauga, Ontario, L5L 6A8.
Pick up windows are Wednesdays to Fridays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready to pick up. Please have your order # or confirmation email ready when you come to pick up your order.

Our local pick up location is 11451 Twigg Place, Mitchell Island, Richmond, BC.
Pick up windows are Wednesdays to Fridays from 9:00am to 4:30pm. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready to pick up. Please have your order # or confirmation email ready when you come to pick up your order.
*After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared.
*If you are unable to meet the available pick-up dates that we have prepared, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you flexibly.
Pick up orders will be kept for up to 5 business days from the day when you received “ready to pick-up” message. Or please make a special arrangement on the schedule for ensuring your products. In the event where we made several follow up but a customer does not pick up the order within few weeks, we may need to disposed of the products due to food safety reason. The customer will not be eligible for any refund or replacement, so please be sure to pick up as soon as possible.
Packing Information
In order to keep the items in frozen condition, we will put dry-ice inside the box(es). The addition of dry-ice in the packages allows the products to reach very low temperatures. The dry-ice evaporates slowly until it disappears completely. Please do NOT touch the dry-ice with your bare hands. Be sure to wear gloves to protect your hands.
Refunds and Returns
All perishable food cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@azumatei.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
