Japanese style Seafood pasta

azumatei Products: Sea Urchin paste
- Uni paste 3Tbsp
- Sushi grade Squid 60g
- Dried seaweed/ Nori for garnish
- Lime for garnish
- Wine/ sake 2Tbsp
- Soup base 1Tsp
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cream 100ml
- Olive oil 1Tbsp
- Garlic x1
- Cook the pasta following the pasta's package instructions.
- Preheat the pan to medium heat. Once the pan is warm, spread the olive oil and cook the garlic for 20-30 seconds.
- Cook Sushi-grade squid for a minute then adds wine, soup base, cream and stairwell.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed, add pasta and stir again, add salt and black pepper.
- Remove from the heat and place it on the plate, garnish with dried seaweed, green onion and more Uni paste of your preference.
