This bread gives you perfect taste for making Sea Urchin Scramble egg toast. Let's make this and enjoy luxury toast.

Defrost before cooking: Sea urchin
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Heating time: 10 minutes
Azumatei Products: Sea Urchin, Iki Shokupan
4 serves
Ingredients:
- Iki shokupan x4 slices
- Uni paste : as much as you like!
- Green onion for garnish
- Ikura or Tobikko: as much as you like
- salt to taste
- butter 1Tbsp
Cooking instruction:
1. On the pan, cook scrambled egg. Remove from the heat.
2. On the other pan, melt 1tbsp butter and place Iki shokupan. Cook till its golden. Remove from the heat and place on the serving plate.
3. On the cooked toast, place scrambled egg, then garnish with Sea urchin, green onion,ikura/ tobikko and salt to taste.
4. Enjoy!
