- Cooked sushi rice
- Nori/dried sea weed
- Shiso/ Takana
- Cooked Egg
1. On the sushi mat, place shiso/ takana. Place rice on the top, then Nori.
2. Now on the nori, place cooked egg & Shimesaba then roll it at once.
3. Before cutting it, let it rest in the fridge at least 3 hours.
