- Daikon: thinly sliced
- Shiso
- Lemon
- other veggies to decorate the plate
Cooking instruction:
1. Remove the skin from the Shimesaba: Follow the instruction on the package.
2. Thinly slice shimeaba. Place thinly sliced Daikon, Shiso then Shimesaba on the serving plate. Serve it with wasabi & soy sauce.
