With refreshing dressing, Vinegar Cured Mackerel becomes much easier to enjoy. Serve with Wine.

Ingredients:
- Vinegar Cured Mackerel (Shimesaba) 1 package
- Salad baby leaf: 2 serves quantity
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Yuzu Tube/ puree 1/2 Tsp
- Olive oil 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Cooking instruction:
1. Slice Vinegar Cured Mackerel.
2. In the small bowl, mix soy sauce, yuzu puree, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
3. Add Salad leaf and mix with the dressing.
4. Place Vinegar cured Mackerel on the plate, then place the seasoned leaf.
