Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Plant-Based Salmon (230g)
- 1/2 – onion (100g)
- 1/4 – green onion (for garnish)
- 1/4 – lemon (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon – miso paste
- 1 tablespoon – mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon – olive oil
- 1 teaspoon – lemon juice
Cooking instruction:

cut salmon in thin slices and place them nicely on a big plate

thin slice onion, rinse with water and drain

put the sliced onion in the middle of the plalte

put thinly sliced green onion and lemon as garnish

mix miso paste, mirin, olive oil and lemon juice well

put the dressing on top of the salmon and onion
