- 2-3 leaves of lettuce
- A thinly sliced mini cucumber
- 1/4 thinly sliced carrots
- Rice paper x4
- For the sauce : mix siracha and mayo 1:1
Cooking Instructions:
- For rice paper usage, follow the instruction of the package.
- Spread all ingredients nicely on the rice paper and roll it.
- Make the spicy mayo sauce on the side.
