One of our easiest recipes is this one for you! You can buy fried potatoes at the store or prepare the ones by yourself. All you need to do is to mix our spicy cod roe paste and mayonnaise. This time we cooked with Sweet potatoes.

- Potatoes 2/ or Store bought fried potatoes
- Oil to deep fry
- Mentai Paste Tbsp2
- Mayonnaise Tbsp2
- Herbs of your preference
Cooking instruction:
1. If you decide to cook the potatoes at home, deep fry them or cook in the oven.
2. Mix our Spicy Cod Roe paste and mayonnaise in the bowl!
