Takikomi Gohan-A.K.A.: Steamed rice with various ingredients is one of the Japanese traditional Autumn/ winter dishes. We usually cook it with seasonal ingredients, such as mushrooms, salmons etc. This time we prepared it with our Azumatei product, Sutamina Hotate! With our product, no need to add dashi. Enjoy the flavour of scallop!

Cooking time: 40 minutes (depends on the rice cooker)
Azumatei Products: Sutamina Hotate

Ingredients:
- Sutamina Hotate x1 package
- Sliced Carrots x 1/2
- Raw rice x2 serves
- Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
- Mirin 2 Tbsp
- Sake 1+1/2 Tbsp
Cooking instruction:

Wash the rice five times, add water following your rice cooker's instructions.

Add carrots, our Sutamina Hotate, Soy sauce, Mirin, and Sake. Mix and make sure all the seasonings are spreading evenly.

Start the rice cooker and serve with Miso Soup etc!
