- Mentaiko Paste 4Tbsp
- Toasted bread x1
- Pizza cheese 1/3 cup
- mayonnaise for garnish
- dried parsley for garnish
- Lettuce for serving
1. Preheat the oven to 220F
2. On the bread, sprinkle the pizza cheese and bake till the cheese melts: approximately 5-7 minutes.
3. Once the cheese melts, spread Mentaiko paste on the cheese and mayonnaise.
4. Bake another 3 minutes.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve with cooked corn(optional).
