Defrost before cooking: Miso Marinated Mackerel
Cooking time: 10minutes
Heating time: 10minutes
azumatei Products: Miso Marinated Mackerel 
  • Miso Marinated Mackerel x1 fillet 
  • Sake 1tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbsp
  • carrot 1/4 
  • green onion for garnish 
  • salt to taste 
  • Rice
Cooking instruction:

1.  Prepare rice following the instruction. Add water following your machine's instruction. 
2. Cut Miso Mackerel fillet into a bite size and place in the same pot as rice. 
3. Pour soy sauce, sake and salt into the pot along with carrot. 
4. Cook and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving. 
5. Sprinkle green onion and serve while it is warm.
