- Fukahire Kurage
- Red pickled ginger
- Cooked and cut Eggs
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced cucumber
- Tomato (Optional)
- Wakame (Optional)
For Sauce
- Soy sauce 25cc
- Rice Vinegar 30cc
- Water 35cc
- Sugar 15g
- Salt to taste
- Sesame Oil 5cc
- Cooked noodle (cold)
Cooking instruction:
1. Cook noodle following the package instruction. Place in the serving bowl.
2. For the sauce, Mix everything and set aside.
3. Once you finish cutting all the topping ingredients, place on the top of the noodle with Fukahire Kurage.
