🌟 One Shot! Tartare Sauce with AJI FRY 🌟

Always used mayonnaise because tartar sauce seemed like a hassle? Think again! You must try this!🍴✨

【 Ingredients 】

<Tartar Sauce>

- Hard boiled Eggs  2

- Red Onion 1/2

- Parsley  2 banch

- Mayonnaise  4 tbsp

- Vinegar  2 tsp

- Salt and pepper  Pinch of it

*I usually use Japanese Kokumotsu Vinegar which is nice and sour taste.


<Aji Fry>

I purchased frozen Aji Fry from @azumatei  online store that you can eat just by frying. It contains 10 large horse mackerels for only $10, which is a great deal.

【 Instructions 】

<Tartar Sauce:>

1. Boil eggs for about 7 minutes, then cool in cold water and peel.

2. Chop half a red onion in a food chopper.

3. Add parsley to the chopper and mince.

4. Add the boiled eggs into the chopper and chop coarsely.

5. Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

<Aji Fry:>

* Fry the frozen Aji Fry in 180°C oil for about 3 minutes.


Serve with your favourite vegetables and enjoy!😋
