【Party Menu Suggestions】
1) Seafood Bara Chirashi Bowl
>> cut the squid, shrimp, mackerel & egg into 2cm cube / slice. place them randomly on the sushi rice and garnish with uni paste, tobikko & salmon flake.
2) Uni and Tobikko Sushi Cocketail
>> put sushi rice on a glass wear or cocktail glass. put your favorite sushi toppings
3) Saba Bo-Sushi
>> remove a thin skin from the mackerel. put a plastic wrap and place the shimesaba fillet (skin-side bottom). then cover it with 250g of sushi rice. wrap them and roll it like making a cookie dough. leave it for 15min, remove the wrap and cut in pieces (2cm wide)
4) Salmon Onigiri
>> mix 3 teaspoon of salmon flake with plain rice and take 100 ~120g of the rice onto a wrap. then make a shape
5) Pressed / Seared Sushi
>> put a wrap on a plastic container. place 1st layer of sushi rice, then add some tobikko. cover it with 2nd layer of sushi rice. cover with a wrap and press it tightly. lastly, put sushi shrimp or shimesaba on top and tightly press it. remove from the plastic container and you can put mayonnaise sauce and seared on top
6) Hand rolled sushi cone
>> cut seaweed nori sheet to rectangular shape and place sushi rice on the left hand side. place your favorite sushi toppings and roll it
