A poke bowl is a Hawaiian dish that has its roots deeply rooted in Japanese cuisine. Today we are introducing you to one of our favourite dishes with Azuma foods' seaweed salad.

Ingredients: quantity is up to you!
- Seaeweed
- Cooked rice
- Salmon
- Radish
- Avocado
- Dried seaweed/ Nori
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
- sesame oil 1/2Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1/2tsp
- Green onion for garnish
Cooking instruction:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and sesame seeds. Add salmon to the dressing.

In the serving bowl, place the rice and decorate with all the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
