For inside:
Cooking instruction: For the oven: Recommended!
1. Defrost "Yuzu Marinated Sockeye Salmon".
2. Once the fish is defrosted, remove the sauce carefully from the fish. **Yuzu can cause burnt. It is better to remove Yuzu as much as you can.
3. Preheat the oven to 220℃.
4. Place the fish: skin side on the cooking sheet and cook in the oven for 8 minutes.
**You can leave the fish for 15 minutes without touching, but the best result is flipping once in the 15 minutes.**
5. Flip and cook another 7-8 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
Cooking instruction: For the Pan
1. Defrost "Yuzu Marinated Sockeye Salmon".
2. Once the fish is defrosted, remove the Yuzu sauce carefully from the fish.
** For the pan cooking, we recommend you to keep the sauce and use it!
3. Preheat the pan to medium to low heat.
4. Spread the 1Tbsp oil in the pan and wait till the oil is warm.
5. Once the oil is warm, remove the excess oil with the paper then place the skin side of the fish. Cook till the edges of the fish becomes slightly white.
Tip★ When the fish is getting wamer, the juice is coming out from the fish.
Try to wipe around the fish with the paper so the juice does not cause the pan.
Tip★ It is better to keep slightly shaking the pan entire time, that way the fish does not stick to the pan.
6. Once the edge of the fish is a little bit cooked, flip it first. Then its time to add the sauce you kept. Then cover it. Let it cook for few minutes.
Tip ★ The sauce contains a lot of oil that came out of the fish. Be careful not to leave the pan long, stay by the side and keep shaking the pan entire time.
7. Before the sauce completely evaporates, remove the fish from the pan and clean the pan. OR you can wipe the dirt completely.
8.Warm the oil again on the clean pan, wipe nicely, then place the fish.
Cover it and let it cook till the inner temperature reaches 74℃+.

Cooking instruction:
1. Place a potato in the pot with water and bring to a boil.
Cook till the potato is soft enough to mash.
2. Meanwhile, on the medium-sized pan, cook the diced cut onion and saba misoni together. Try to mash the fish. Do not discard the liquid in the bag. We want the onion to taste miso too!
3. Once both potato & saba misoni & fish mixture are cooked through, mix all of them till everything gets smooth.
4. Now shape the mixture into an oval or round shape, dust with flour, then egg, and panko.
5. Fry till the panko is golden with 150℃ oil.
